1. Shipping Carriers and Options
We ship our products using trusted UPS.
Tracked Shipping is available as a standard option for all orders.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours on working days, subject to stock availability. Products are shipped in solid, neutral packaging with a discreet return address for privacy. A tracking link will be provided upon request for order tracking.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are not included in the list price and will be added to your order at checkout. The final price will include VAT but exclude packaging and shipping costs.
4. Delivery
Delivery times may vary based on the shipping provider chosen and the destination.
We are not responsible for delays caused by our suppliers or unforeseen circumstances. If you do not receive your goods as expected, contact us via email for assistance.
5. Transfer of Risk
For private buyers (consumers), the risk of loss or damage passes upon delivery.
For commercial buyers, the risk passes at the time of dispatch.
6. International Shipments
For orders outside the EU, additional taxes, customs duties, and fees may apply, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
7. Cancellation and Return
Orders can be cancelled within 14 days of receiving the order confirmation, subject to certain conditions. Goods must be returned in their original, unopened packaging.
The customer bears the cost of return shipping. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for purchase.
8. Exclusions
The right of cancellation does not apply to used, opened, or hygienically sensitive items.
Custom orders or products mixed inseparably with other items after delivery are also excluded from return.
9. Chargeback Fee
A chargeback fee of €15.00 will apply for any cancellation initiated by the customer against a transaction.
10. Severability
If any part of this shipping policy is deemed unenforceable, it will not affect the enforceability of the remaining parts.
11. Legal Compliance
All shipping practices comply with the laws and regulations where Kink-Cartel s.r.o. operates. The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the imported goods comply with local laws and regulations.
